Our boxes may vary in produce size variations throughout the year. Strawberries have a peak season, which may result in larger-than-average berries during that time; similarly, there are seasons when the berries may be smaller than average. We do our best to ensure the strawberry arrangement design remains uniform.

For our preset or custom box orders, we kindly request a minimum order time of 3 days in advance. When it comes to catering, we ask for a minimum notice of 15 days in advance to ensure we can fulfill your requirements. For large orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance of the minimum 3-day requirement to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

Chocolate-covered strawberries are good to eat for a day when left out at room temperature. If you put them in the fridge, they usually stay fresh for around 24- 48 hours max.

To maintain the freshness and presentation of your chocolate-dipped berries during transportation, consider placing the berries in a flat, surface to avoid tipping and keep them away from direct sunlight. If the weather is warm, you can use an insulated bag to preserve the quality of the chocolate coating or placing them near the Air Conditioner in a vehicle.
